Recipe Idea:
Flavoured Chocolate Frappe.
1 scoop of Le Frappe de Monin Chocolate.
120 ml (4oz) milk or water.
1 x 12oz glass of ice.
Blend for 30 seconds.
Ingredients:
Sugar, fructose, skimmed cocoa powder 15%, cocoa powder (22-24% fat) 9%, starch from maize, milk proteins, cream powder (milk), stabilizer: guar gum, flavours, vanilla extract.
