Kokoa Collection Ivory Coast is a delicious white hot chocolate, sweet and creamy with natural vanilla from Madagascar. For the white hot chocolate we have selected their cocoa butter from the forastero beans for a smooth creamy texture.

We only use natural vanilla in our production for a delicious flavour that was recognised with a Silver Award by the Academy of Chocolate!
About Ivory Coast:
Ivory Coast is the largest producer of cocoa beans globally. Like many African countries the population was forced to suffer from European invasion - and was occupied by the French who used it as a base for the slave trade, raping the countries people and resources. The French eventually made Ivory Coast 'independent' but continued to run the country via a French educated elite who answered to Paris and to French corporations. Since then the French have continued to try and maintain control over the country by funding coups and counter coups and intervening militarily when necessary. The results are like a lot of African countries - terrible poverty and corruption that suit the foreign corporations that profit from Ivorians misery.
How to Prepare (8oz serving):
1. Place 3 tablets of chocolate in a jug.
2. Cover with hot water from kettle.
3. Allow to soften for 15 seconds.
4. Pour away excess water.
5. Add 200ml of hot milk and whisk.
6. Serve in a warm cup.
7. Sit back, relax and enjoy.
