Kokoa Collection Ecuador is a dark vegan hot chocolate with 70% cocoa. The taste can be described as 'classic' - floral and herbal (typical of the Arriba Nacional cocoa bean).
The complete foodservice hot chocolate solution:
Resealable bag of 1kg of tablets.
Prepared on the steam wand of a traditional coffee machine or in the cup with hot water and steamed milk.
Tablets ensure accurate portion control.
Range of display and presentation tools.
How to Prepare (8oz serving):
1. Place 3 tablets of chocolate in a jug.
2. Cover with hot water from kettle.
3. Allow to soften for 15 seconds.
4. Pour away excess water.
5. Add 200ml of hot milk and whisk.
6. Serve in a warm cup.
7. Sit back, relax and enjoy.

Use 3 tablets for 8oz.
Use 4 tablets for 12oz
Use 5 tablets for 16oz.

I then moved on to the Ecuador 70% which was AWESOME. It was everything I love in an Arriba Nacional bean and yet it was a hot chocolate. There was a delightful intense fruit washing through my palette and yet something more woody and herbal was struggling through where usually it would be overwhelmed by the chocolate.
